I wish all telecoms companies were as easy to deal with as Beckett. I have used Beckett Telecom for the last 10 years and I am always confident that when I ring I will be able to talk to someone I know. If my account manager does not know the answer to one of my questions, she knows someone who does that I can speak to straight away. I don't just ring them when I want to buy something, I ring for help and advice and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help me out even if they aren't going to make anything out of it. I would recommend Beckett to anyone that I know. However big or small the request, Beckett will always help.
