Beckett Telecom began its journey 25 years ago providing customers with telephony products and services. As we began to grow, developed new relationships and brought new customers on board, we very quickly realised we had something quite special. It was a natural willingness to provide our customers with a refreshingly high level of customer service. By creating, building and maintaining our relationships the business quickly evolved. Our portfolio of products and services expanded and we learned, very quickly, the importance of relationships. From the beginning we embraced and nurtured this ethos and have managed to ensure it became a core value of the business-pivotal in enabling us to respond to our customers' true needs.
We have never underestimated your importance to us, we are driven by you. We welcome and actively seek your feedback and comments. Your views and opinions will enable us to consistently deliver a really great level of customer service. We in turn closely monitor our performance and implement necessary changes as we continue to develop and improve all areas of our business.
We are extremely proud of the fact that many of our original customers are still working with us today, with over 97% placing repeat business with us. Our service does not stop at our existing client base, we excel in welcoming new customers and we are equally motivated and excited when developing these new relationships.
